Against two random hands, pocket aces have 73.4% equity — still a big favourite, but down from 85% heads-up. A fair share three-handed would be 33.3%.
Every extra opponent is another chance for someone to outdraw you. Heads-up, aces lose to one random hand about 15% of the time; three-handed, either of two hands can get there, and the aces' share falls to around 73%. That is still more than double a fair one-third share.
